We allow ourselves to inform you that one of our Datacenter and connectivity providers has scheduled a preventive maintenance window for Saturday, December 04, 2021 at (04:00 CET) time with the aim of introducing infrastructure improvements electrical.
Impact: power outage. The servers will be shut down and then back on again.

Actions required from the client:
Turn off the server 1 hour before the start of the activity. Our staff will turn on the equipment at the end of scheduled tasks.
In case of not turning off the server at the required time, our staff will proceed with the shutdown.
We remember to plan your backups and / or tasks outside of that time range and make sure to control and have the corresponding backups of the data that you make.
Time of affection: 9 hours. It corresponds to the period of time that the procedure will take.
Maintenance window: 10 hours. Total time in which maintenance activities will be carried out.
